This policy explains how ABC Translation handles personal data sent through this website, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018 – LGPD).

What we collect

Only the data you provide in the quote form or by email: name, email, phone, city, details of your request and any documents you attach. This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools.

What we use it for

To answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, carry out the service. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request and, where applicable, your consent (LGPD art. 7, I and V).

Who we share it with

Only those who need it to perform the service you hired, such as public sworn translators, notary offices, consulates and courier companies. We never sell or share data for marketing. The website and email are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland, a country with an adequate level of data protection.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Data for completed orders is kept for the period required by tax and contract law.

You can ask to access, correct, port or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@abc-offices.com.
