Every consulate has its own rules on format, accepted translations, appointments and fees — and they change often. We check the current requirements, prepare the document, complete the preliminary authentications and follow the file at the consulate until it is returned.
We also handle the reverse route: we advise on legalizing foreign documents at the Brazilian consulate in the country of origin and produce the sworn translation in Brazil.

Frequently asked questions
Which countries require consular legalization?
Countries that are not party to the Apostille Convention, such as the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Angola, Mozambique and Nigeria. The list changes as new countries join the Convention, so we always confirm.
How long does consular legalization take?
It depends on the consulate: some return documents within days, others take weeks. We give you an estimate with your quote.
Do I need to go to the consulate in person?
In most cases, no. We submit and collect the documents for you.
